Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
• Use the Service lawfully and respectfully; do not harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
• Do not post content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful.
• Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through scraping or reverse engineering.
• You are responsible for your own health and safety when participating in workouts or events.

Events and Coaching Disclaimer

Yalness may help you discover or join group training events and connect with coaches. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any event, venue, workout, or coach. Participation is at your own risk. Always consult a medical professional before beginning a new fitness program, and follow local laws, venue rules, and safety guidance.

Ratings and Reviews Disclaimer

Ratings and reviews reflect individual user opinions and experiences. We do not endorse or verify the accuracy of user-generated ratings or reviews, and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on them.

Content

You are responsible for the content you post (including profile details, activity, ratings, and reviews). You grant Yalness a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely for operating and improving the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yalness will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) participation in any workouts, events, or coaching sessions discovered through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yalness’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or $100 if you did not pay anything).

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
